FAQs

  • What is involved in the design brief?

    To get the most out of your design session, you will be requested to complete a Design Brief. The brief takes about 10 minutes to complete and will give your designer an overview of the key elements of your organization. 

  • When will my website be published?

    You will receive a first draft of your website two (2) weeks after completing your design session. You will then be able to work with your designer on any edits and changes before publishing. The site will go live two (2) weeks after receiving your first draft.

  • Do I own the website?

    Yes! You own the content and images. If you wish to move the website from the ZING platform, you may do so at any time by conducting a site export.

  • What happens if I already have an existing website and domain?

    If you already have a website, ZING can complete a design refresh and migration to the ZING platform. There are no additional costs required for this work. If you have an existing domain, the ZING team will need access to the domain so the new site can be published. There will be no disruption to the domain service during this process.

  • What if I do not have a domain, will one be provided for me?

    Yes! ZING will provide a complimentary domain for your business if you do not already have one.

  • How many revisions do I get?

    The package includes two (2) rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to ZING's Website Builder, giving you the flexibility to make edits and updates whenever you need. 

  • Will the website be optimized for mobile and tablet?

    Yes. All ZING websites are formatted for mobile and tablet. No matter the device on which your visitors are viewing your website, it will look professional and easy to navigate. 

  • Is there a contract?

    No, ZING doesn't require a contract. You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@zing-work.com or calling (888) 716-1113.

  • What happens when my complimentary subscription ends?

    You will receive a notification 30 days before your free nine months end with details on how to continue or cancel your subscription.

  • What is the registration process?

    When you register, you will receive an email with a Design Brief, the ZING Services Agreement, and a Domain Enquiry Form. Once the Design Brief is completed, you will receive a calendar invite to schedule your design session.
